Re: Where Is It - Victoria
I guess logically that the only 3 lane 70km roads in the area are Doncaster Rd, Whitehorse Rd / Maroondah Hwy and the east end of Canterbury Rd.
The latter seems a bit far away from most of our guesses and I don't remember seeing green poles in Doncaster Rd, although I'll have a closer look tomorrow. So I'd be guessing Whitehorse Rd somewhere still.
Maroondah Hwy, Mitcham?

Re: Where Is It - Victoria
Sorry, have a new job and been flat chat. I'll put a photo up over the weekend.
Re: Where Is It - Victoria
I had a feeling that given a recent trip to Mitcham that they had done something different to their street furniture, and a vague recollection that the building behind was a pub or somewhere I may have been to.
Here is the next one, hopefully shouldn't be too difficult.

Re: Where Is It - Victoria
No, further north.
Re: Where Is It - Victoria
I'm assuming it may be a tad quiet from the fact people may be away. To hurry things along, the picture is taken somewhere north of the 901, west of Yan Yean Rd and east of the Craigieburn line.

That looks very much to me like a place I used to umpire cricket matches occasionally - Crofts Reserve, off Blackshaws Rd in Altona North?
