Actually, the building doesn't fit. However, the person must be standing on Railway St just north of Corrimal St, the overbridge being Rothery St. That does fit with the building at

longitude:150.906315°

That should be Corrimal Station. I wish there was an edit button. (sigh)

Iamthouth has it correct, on his second attempt last night: Railway St, Corrimal, looking north towards Rothery St, with the Illawarra Escarpment in the distance. Well done! You get the "deepthought2006 Sherlock Holmes Award" for today. :D

Too easy! Technically that is still Smith St until it crosses Phillip St, but you are correct. Note that CDC is no longer in 100 George St, but have moved H/O to Foundry Rd depot as of a few weeks ago.
