Reading about it today (TTG council documents), says it's got room for 50 buses (35 rigid, 15 artic) so I think you might have one too many artics there EKV...

I am sure if push came to squeeze another artic could fit somewhere in the yard, I dont think it soooooo tight that another bus could not possibly end up there!

This link is not working?
Am I correct that this new depot will take over depot code(the old Walkley Heights depot code and currently used by part of St agnes depot?)

Thanks Bus Rider and Emm Kay Vee.
It appears that from this report that it is only a temporary site(permission granted for use till May 2013)pending the use(approved) of a site not far way on Hancock Road(near Golden Grove Intersection).Presumably TT are holding off until they are sure of winning the Tender next year for Busway/NE suburbs services.

On the latest Torrens Transit Fleet list done today Scania Artics 1136 & 1137 are not shown.According to SA Fleet Lists he has not received any info on these buses.
Does anyone know if they have been delivered to TT yet,or have any info on them?

The actual number allocated to Golden Grove depot(as per sa fleet lists) has been amended now to 50 buses which is the maximum permitted under the TTG council approval
