No taps to shut air to brakes off, check all tanks have air then check there is air supply going into the foot valve (Basically 4 air lines in the valve, 2 have air from tank the other two send air out when you push your foot down on the pedal

kool thanks for that info, Ive got the manual now too for it , dosnt look like fun if i have to get under it where it sits. will have to dig a bank out on drivers side to get under to anything so fingers crossed its something sticking after sitting for over 12 mths..

So we found the problem. Top treadle valve had been smashed off the chassis. So the top plate on it that also acts as a mounting plate has both bolt tags broken off. So I'm going to look at putting an E-6 or E-10 dual treadle valve and pedal. Any one know where to buy one in Perth?? Also what kind of good air-lines for the DD-Atlantean cam I upgrad to? Can I make them on-site or will I need to pull them off to have them made up?

Best to go and talk to a brake specialist.

A bit too vital an issue for DIY.

Very good advice. To scary if you get it wrong plus the ramifications to others if you do get wrong.

Give Greg at Horizons West a call. 93518980. He may have bits. If not, he will be able to point you in the right direction.
