Welcome 2 Landseer Land

Post by escapes »

is there any other operator with four models of Landseer in their current fleet, we have three, but the fourth is not user friendly on tourism applications.

I'm sorry. You've got me stumped. You mention (4) models of Landseer, however I can only remember the (3) pictured. . . . .
Normal Landseer, Hi-screen version and Double Decker. The only other one I can remember was the smaller midi (Deluxe) :?:
but I don't really know if that was classed as a Landseer model :?: What was the fourth version NOT pictured :?: :?: :?:
BTW: Very nice looking fleet. Look great together.

The 3rd one pictured is a Hideck, the fourth one I think is a highscreen. Same as the original Landseer but with Taller windscreens causing the roofline to be practically flat.

I can't think why the hiscreen wouldn't be suitable for tourism, if anything I would have thought viewing out the front for passengers would be improved.

Offcourse there could be another one I am not aware of or have forgotten about.

I think I have it correct, but hopefully a Denning fan can confirm.

Thanx escapes.

That explains it.

Why don't you go get a Hi-screen and have a full set of the big boyz?

You don't happen to have any wiring diagrams for the Landseers do you?
I've got one, I'm converting to a motorhome, and am having trouble tracing all the wires.

Thx for that. My mistake. Hi-deck really looks nothing like the hi-screen (really) It was the hi-deck I was NOT familiar with. Could only rememmber the hi-screen version. Thx for the pic, that cleared it up for me.

We do but only the High Deck DDeck & Double Deck, but we also have 16 pallets of spare parts as well for Dennings.

Good to see an operator who is keeping these coaches well maintained and using for what they were made for!

I never get sick of hearing and seeing any designed and built Dennings coaches!
