Sony Ericsson W700i. I've had it since the end of 2006. So far, had no reason to change :)

I have a phone made of solid gold, which has unlimited calls to local, national, international, mobile and international mobile numbers. It has unlimited internet and the screen is made from a flat sheet of a diamond. It has GPS, wi-fi and runs on Windows 7. It has 2GB RAM and has a 3.4GHz quad core intel i7.

Really, I have a Sony Ericsson W910i. At the slightest knock it turns off, and the face is starting to fall off. Luckily, my contract expires in May.

I had a Nokia 3310 for quite a few years. It has been a very good phone, was easy to operate. Finally had to pension it off when it kept losing it's signal and draining the battery all the time. I now have Nokia 3120 classic.Good phone easy to operate.

I have a Nokia E63-3 (they stuffed up and gave me the wrong variant at the phone place, they gave me the one which is 850MHz\2100MHz, so it does Telstra 3G in the Mount but not Optus, go to Adelaide and I'm on Optus 3G). It's had a few drops and will no doubt die if it gets a couple more, at which point I guess I'll have to find a replacement for it.

Barely 8 months into a contract as well... :\

Samsung Ultra-Touch... My second in 8 months. I learned they are not resistant to anything; 1 drip of water, falling off a table, being sat on, sitting in the sun or throwing it at the ground in rage will break it. However while they are running, with both the touch screen and slide out keypad, it's a really really good and highly functional phone.

I have a Nokia 6303 classic.

It has all the features I need (makes calls, sms, mms, 3.2mp camera & internet) and in the six months I have had it, it has been flawless. The software can be a little slow sometimes jumping between menus but I have learnt the art of patience which has eliminated this problem.

The whole package was great at $249 - came with 2gb micro SD card, usb cable and Dick Smith threw in a free car charger as well.

Still going with my 8GB iPhone 3G from nearly 18 months ago - still going strong although I really should have gone for a 16GB first up (getting sick of having to choose which tracks to load up and which to leave on the PC). Contract's up at the end of July - unless Apple pulls out a serious upgrade for the next iPhone (higher resolution being key), I might go for the HTC HD2.

I've read good things about the HTC HD2. The only bad thing that everyone seems to agree on is that it's Windows Mobile, although HTC have saved it from being horrible with all their enhancements.

If I could afford one, I would buy one: cheapest Australian stock I have found is $949.
