Fantastic shot, BT Buses.
I'm not really interested in planes, but I've always liked the fact that John has the jet, old livery and all.

I believe, but could be wrong, that Qantas do the upkeep of the plane for him...Ryan wrote:Fantastic shot, BT Buses.

That would most probably be correct as John Travolta is an Ambassador for QANTAS.

Is the white outline of the wing missing from the traditional flying kangaroo logo on the tail of Mr Travolta's Qantas jet being from that vintage or is my eye sight failing?

Is John Travolta really in the country or not? Because if thats his plane and he didn't fly to Brisbane, that would seem unusual right

Ok.. then if it was here for a 'service' why bother flying 14000km to get a so called 'service'? and why would it sit isolated and untouched at the logistics apron for 2 days. Where it was parked is usually for heavy jet parking.Simes wrote:Could be here for a service?melbtransport wrote:Is John Travolta really in the country or not? Perhaps the answer to that question can be found on this link:melbtransport wrote:Is John Travolta really in the country or not? Because if thats his plane and he didn't fly to Brisbane, that would seem unusual right

Plane spotters were the first to notice Travolta's aircraft and alerted airport officials...
Reality continues to ruin my life.
