No they have not. I know that 3921 and 3923 were out of service for a number of weeks awaiting repairs. 3931 has been regularly in service.

3931 is indeed withdrawn, has had plates and opal removed and not moved from its hidey hole since at least mid September.
The other two are still in service, both were out yesterday.
