Thanks Boronia, I did have that info but google also came up with a 0.7mm inlet / 0.7mm exhaust as well.
Thought it best to double check

Thanks both for your help

Just wondering if the turbo and natural versions have different settings? Might explain the two figures?

Just for anyone looking, the confirmed correct gaps are 0.4mm Inlet, 0.7mm Exhaust.

Know this an old post and correct settings are as quoted as IN 0.4 and 0.7 for Exh and is correct for a turbo motor as well - have only ever heard of 1 natural aspirated 10 Litre Volvo motor as a Volvo Penta in a standby geneset at Mt Crosby Water Pumping station
Who bleedin thanked me? I was just doin my job
