I like running the scania it does get difficult with the 8x4 due to its crap turning circle and running long trailers on those roads are difficult

Before I got my Majestic, I had this DAF. And I f**king hated, it's so darn slow.
Here it is at London Bus Station.

I apologize about the quality of the photo taken by my iPhone. Photos don't mix well with the computer and resolution...
I have been driving the Scania R Topline for a few hours now... So far so good, actually it's pretty great!

I seriously don't know why people bash the DAFs; of course, they're not the quickest, but I find their handling is smooth and direct. In fact, I find the 510hp DAF has more get up and go than the 580hp IVECO.

Cheers!

I have upgraded my graphics to ultra now, and boy does it make a major difference!
I've gone and painted my truck into a experimental Linfox livery. It doesn't look to bad.

I like the experimental 'fox colours!

I'm with tbc1983 - I have been using a DAF 6x4 and it's fine! I think though that we probably get more pumped to drive the types of trucks we see regularly in our travels and DAF is not as common as most of the other trucks available in the game.

I tried doing an AdMet themed paint scheme, found a design I almost liked, but just couldn't bring myself to click the "purchase" button because it looked like a Fisher Price toy... :(

I changed my graphics to ultra now it glitches and lags, steering wheel glitches and really slow! So I have gone back to medium. Tried high didn't work still Off The Rails.

Not mine but it looks quite nice.

Threw another drive axle under the FH16 to make it my first 6x4 tractor. It seems a bit less prone to stepping out in the arse.

If you go to the paint shop (in a Scania) scroll to the bottom and you'll see a fire-like livery. I just changed the colours into Purple and white.

Cheers!
