I know Perth City Station is staffed but the question is other stations staffed or have they been not staffed for sometime. The theory in me thinks that the new modern stations have become staffed stations?
Thanks for your help

Re: Does Perth still have Staffed Stations
There are customer service officers at most major stations, but not necessarily throughout the entire day of operation. They also travel between stations, particularly when a passenger requests assistance for boarding (i.e. wheelchair boarding at non-level platform). Revenue protection officers and transit officers also roam the network and/or staff major stations (particularly at night) until last service. Most stations with a staff booth/office will have someone in it, but what their role is can vary, although they all do some form of customer service obviously, but have other duties attached (i.e. ticket inspections, safety/security etc).
