Hi gang

1987 B10M Volvo has 4 headlights, both inner and outer sets are wired to 3 pin plugs.
Is it standard (or was it standard?) to have low beam = inners WITH the outers going? ie- all 4 lights Low beam or all 4 lights High beam.
As apposed to the usual low beam = outer set low beam, inner set off, Hi beam = outer set Hi beam, inner set hi beam.

Cheers, Bagmaker

I can recall some buses having the outer low beam pair set up as "daytime running lights" which would switch off when the parking or regular headlights were switched on.
