Private Bus Depot in Sydney

Hi,
I'm am looking at starting a small tour company for tours in and around Sydney but on the Bus operator accreditation they need a depot location with council approval. I do not own a bus yet and am struggling to find a private bus depot in Sydney. I am will to pay for a parking spot till I purchase a bus. Can anyone help?

Your "depot" should be able to be any approved off-street parking, as long as you have access to washing and servicing areas there or elsewhere. Try some of the Kennards type storage centres, or industrial estates in your area.
