Hi there! Long time lurker and finally decided to join.
Many of you will have seen that there will be free travel on the entire TransLink SEQ network this Saturday.
Any suggestions on ways to take advantage of this and do some interesting/unusual combinations of routes? Possibly do a mix of bus, train, ferry and light rail throughout the day.

Quote from Macca's link:
And how many passengers will actually know it's free? Those that don't know it's free will still use their ticket to tap on/off.
Oh wait,"logical" & Queensland government don't mix!
Now wouldn't it more logical to just turn the machines off &/or not turn the system on in the first place? If you have touched on or off by accident, please call our contact centre on 13 12 30 for a fare adjustment

No because the machines need to be on for real time information.Newcastle Flyer wrote: Now wouldn't it more logical to just turn the machines off &/or not turn the system on in the first place?
I'd say about 75% of passengers hopped on already knowing about free travel from my observations, plus on Transport for Brisbane buses and presumably other operators, paper signs advising of free travel were covering go card readers.Newcastle Flyer wrote: And how many passengers will actually know it's free?
