Two Leyland Atlantean double deckers [MCW #301 and Alexander #302] originated from the Gregory & Co fleet and 'wore' a similar red all over livery, also with MTT's monogram and fleet numbers either side. Bus #303 is ex UTA Sydney PMC body and bus #305 was ex London Transport M450, a Mk1 Metrobus. Also included are two recent deliveries, Anhui Ankai #401 & #402 photographed on the 'circuit'.
301, #303 & #305.

For those who cannot get enough of the red liveried Hobart based Red Deckers, attached are the remaining photographs from my collection. MCW Atlantean #305 is well represented in this post.

In my opinion, I prefer the silver left on the front with the big A N K A I on. Looks better than plain red.
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

Re: The Red Decker Co.
It's how they were delivered, however, I agree with you. Needs the silver to break up the red.Bus Suggestions wrote:In my opinion, I prefer the silver left on the front with the big A N K A I on. Looks better than plain red.
