Diamond Princess Tour Coaches #2
Wednesday(30th) saw the arrival of the Diamond Princess to our littl' state on another of it's visits for the summer. I had the opportunity to slip down the wharf between trips and managed to get some pics of the TOUR coaches operating off the ship on this lovely sunny morning. Normally I have missed their departures, but was fortunate on this particular morn. This topic will consist of (2) threads as there were quite a few operating. Not too sure on some of the operators (as MOST coaches/buses) are now all bloody white with little or NO signwriting, so I'm sure other members will enlighten/correct me if I'm wrong.

Well at least Havnalook Charters opted to buy an Australian built coach from P&D Coachworks and didn't join the "BCI invasion".

Re: Diamond Princess Tour Coaches #2
It's already been in service several times.
That Mills tui was #19, which normally does the Ellendale service.

I'll check with the main man today. Perhaps Derwent can enlighten us ?? (I'll see him today too and ask)stevegj52 wrote:I thought they sold the costom coach Hino.
Re: Diamond Princess Tour Coaches #2
Neil did indeed see me this morning and was enlightened
For the benefit of the rest of you, #26 is alive and kicking and was in service this very day.
I don't think there were any Tigers on the shuttle that day. They're still there though...
