Manions @ Beaconsfield #4

Postby Tas Bus Nut » Fri Apr 17, 2009 4:25 pm

Travelled up north a couple of days ago to catch up with movements in the north of the state. Well worth the visit. Visited Manions @ Beaconsfield, then over to Merseylink in Devonport as well as Phoenix then onto Sims @ Sprent. Other threads cover all the visits. Enjoy Couple of old clunkers in these lots) :P

I wonder which of these Manions coaches and buses wears the current Manions signage and livery? There seems to be a few different variations of the Manions livery and signwriting. :P

The newer Mercedes O404 has the current livery along with the NEW Civilian

NO sorry. The front on pic which was difficult to get, didn't come out at all. Apparently it was burnt so is in repair.

Here is Hornibrook 111 in a photo taken in 2005 in its former HBL red and white livery, it was painted into Translink green and white shortly before it caught fire on the Deagon Deviation.

That Nissan Civilian looks to be parked on a very dodgey pit set up. Don't they have worksafe overthere to check workshops. The rest of the workshop looks like a junk yard.
