Was the sampsons tours affiliated with the nsw operator that then became kiama coachlines?

This operation was originally owned by George Sampson, who later sold it to Crossleys and moved to Kalgoorlie to operate Goldrush Tours. The Kiama operation is owned by one of George's daughters and her husband.
