170323Th Melbourne 'Age' Flinders St bus on route 65.
This came from a minute-by-minute blog report on police closing Flinders St pfm 8 & 9 for an hour on Thurs.23.3.17 morning, while searching for something suspicious on an up Frankston train. Passengers had reported seeing a person looking at photos of bodies on his mobile phone. Passengers were circulating on other platforms, but up Burnley group trains (aiming for 3 & 4) were delayed by 30 min.
