I pulled my phone out and got this shot of the sole TNSW Gassie today. I don't think TNSW suits this bus as well as corporate.

Agreed, I don't think it suits the real bus or the TG model.Swift wrote:I pulled my phone out and got this shot of the sole TNSW Gassie today. I don't think TNSW suits this bus as well as corporate.

Liking it is a matter of taste.
What is surprising is how often I see it. Mainly along Anzac Pde, maybe 3 to 4 times per week. Not hard to miss.
Considering P has 242 buses, plus a lot of R (and W) services thrown in when I'm out and about. What are the odds ?

Also surprising is that this bus was repainted nearly 5 years ago but none have been done since.

Looks like the man on the ad is reacting to the TNSW.

I am not sure what this has to do with the type of government we had at that time but I do like the photoshops which I am always keen to use in the photo gallery.

why repaint those gassies when they are being cut up & disposed off................the whole repainted scheme seams to have come to a HALT! ITS like the idea of all in the one colour scheme has lost its gloss by some paper pusher in TRANSPORT FOR N.S.W but watch if a operater deceided to do his own colour scheme,They would be down on them like a ton of bricks! I have had to deal with them over a matter for over 3 months & have been passed over to at least 6 differernt people .The minute it becomes to hard,Your fobbed of to some other pen pusher who knows even less! Untill you go to your local member. Then someones arse gets kicked & it moves a bit further up the chain!

It seems nothing much has changed in government departments since the 1960s. It's just dressed differently.

If you complain to your local member, all he/she gets is a pre-prepared bit of spin which he/she doesn't understand and usually has little or nothing to do with the complaint, and he passes this on to you.captainch wrote:why repaint those gassies when they are being cut up & disposed off................the whole repainted scheme seams to have come to a HALT!
