I can't offer you a picture of it in service, but here it is in Jimmy Hills yard in Fairy Meadow. Probably mid to late '70's, I think.

This was at Nanby Narrandra being stored. Story has it that a bunch of backpacks (late '70's) were on the way to Snow, they got pulled over at the bus was unregistered. They were told to take it to Hanby who was a DMT inspecter to get a permit, the bus failed and was left at the bus depot. When Hanby Snr died the was move into town as a local tyre shop has connections to one of the owners. Ron Hodgson had the motor fully rebuilt. I last saw it in 1990 with Bruce Pinnell when he bought 1925 for parts from Hanby, we put it's motor into 1860.

SAS 10 back in the 70s and 80s had one as well. Thats before their call sign changed when SAS10 and ADS7 swapped.

I wonder if it has been too modified to be restored to original condition?

Going by the engine head cover and front wheel centres, this Regent looks to be an earlier model than the Regent III.
