PTV livery list 2013 - 2017

#1073 & #1088 (Dennis Dart SLF/Volgren CR221Ls) both seen today in the mustard yellow.

Fleet lIsts has added Lilydale 793 to Ventura in PTV livery.

Dyson's posted a picture of Scania / Coach Concepts 881 in PTV Regional colours on Twitter. And yes, I foolishly asked them if they plan on going orange - here's the response.

The only Dandenong artics not yet noted in PTV livery are 100, 102 [as noted] and 981.

I will note 100 in PTV livery.

981 and five companions 977-982 [Volvo B10ML ex Brisbane] are 1988 builds - are they unlikely to be PTV liveried?

Are they all for school use and marked with "SCHOOL" signage?

B7RLE, can you confirm that Ventura #100 is done? I seem to recall that is outstationed at the Seaford depot for a school run?

Thanks for the details B7RLE. Your local insight is most useful.

The point about some buses being on contract to PTV and some for private school runs, makes me query if there is a definative list with those which are on the PTV contract and thus likely to go into livery.

There are many buses in white, some coaches in special liveries which I grasp will not be in PTV livery. The fleetlists have many buses as nul as their livery is currently irrelevant, however, it would be good to know that certain buses are quarantined from receiving the PTV livery and thus can already be noted in their current livery.

My guess is that some in the original Grenda livery, some Ventura too and a Mt Dandy, some Moorabbin, ex US and National bus, which may retire soon, or just fade into oblivion! There are special liveries such as PenBus, V Line, the Grenda coach livery, shuttles etc which would be great to be able to note and have in the fleetlists, thus reducing those which will convert to PTV.

Eastrans #38 is now in PTV Livery, sighted this morning on Route 623. Also two more from Apollo, CDC Geelong units #129 & #138

I can't find reference in previous posts, Lilydale 844 now in PTV Livery and 791 dropped off yesterday to receive same.

Yes I didn't think the sticky tape on the front off side corner of 793 would look good for it's yearly inspection. 791 is also in to have the wheelchair ramp repaired and some other floor issues.

Seen at Springvale Junction this morning was Ventura #34 (Volvo B10BLE/Volgren CR221L) in the White and Orange.

Local spy Clinton Smith spotted one of CDC Ballarat's oldest low floors #138 (Volvo B10BLE, Volgren) in PTV colours this afternoon, running a Webbcona 6.

This marks 20 buses done in Ballarat.
