Upcoming Tender for Darwin-Area Bus Services

About a month ago I came across a future tender opportunity, although it seems this can not longer be found on the (Future) NT Tenders and Quotations Online page, or any of the others, so not sure what the story is there.

This tender covers school and urban bus services for Darwin, Palmerston and the Rural Area for a period of 96 months (8 years). As Buslink was awarded a contract to provide bus services for about 8yrs in 2012, I imagine this is their operation that is presently up for grabs.

Also of interest is the contract for the former government operation based out of the Stuart Park depot (currently held by Transit Systems) was for a period of 5yrs when it was awarded in 2014, so that too may be up for grabs if there wasn't some means the contract could be extended.
