watched A T.V program today debating if we should celebrate ANZAC DAY APRIL 26 & REMEMBERANCE DAY NOV 11TH Why should we celebrate it twice!! They are same its the same thing only have one day or the other ......to me IT was offensive as a veteran its like saying well we celerbrate easter & christmas for the same person .....What do you think as people are getting offended to easy!??????. :evil: :evil: :evil:

25th is significant because thats the day where the A. N. Z. A. Cs landed in Gallipoli, rememberance day marks the day where the guns fell silent at 11am.

We don't "celebrate" the end of WW2 and wasn't that equally as important? It had more direct impact on Australia than WW1
