Delhi, India

I'll be in Delhi, India for a while. I have quite a lot of other stuff to get done here so I don't have much time to gunzel but I thought I should try anyway. So far, it's been limited to the Metro.

If anyone is interested about buses, I haven't ridden on it yet but I hope I have the chance to before I get back although I've been warned not to. Most of the buses here are made by Tata. There is a significant number of CNG cars here too and the auto rickshaws (most people just call them "autos") use CNG too.

Apart from the metro, I've mostly used UberGO (a level of service below UberX) as transport here so far, which is often only slightly more expensive than an auto but much more comfortable and easier to use. Plus, MasterCard is currently running a promotion with Uber where they are giving out free rides.

I'll start off with Nehru Place Metro Station in South Delhi.

So apparently, a BRT line is set to be scraped here in Delhi. Article from the Delhi edition of The Times of India. I only just saw it but the article was from earlier this month.

Alright, he's a short vid of the Delhi airport buses. Each bus seems to be run by the airline rather than the airport and it is branded that way. And that's about it from my Delhi trip.
