This accompanied an article about Bunnings expanding into UK, by taking over an existing chain.

Re: London (England, UK) buses & taxis
This is from a full-page ad in the travel section, enticing Melburnians to travel to London. I don't know the makes.
161009Su Melbourne 'Herald Sun' - London buses.
Way back, Qantas ran an ad showing a London bus, with the caption: 'London buses run every few minutes; to connect with one, just fly in one of our daily 747s from Melbourne or Sydney'.

MCW 1982 Metrobus
Roderick.
The set from Converted: container, Sydney ferry, Qld carriage, B727 (album at the website), double-deck bus (album at the link), tram.
Six of the coolest conversions that were once vehicles, 4 Apr 2017.
To celebrate the third episode of the Converted series, we show you some of the best vehicle conversions around the world.
Tiny houses are just one of the ways vehicles can be recycled and reused to create interesting homes.
Vehicles have been used to add space and character to homes for years, from railway carriages converted to guest rooms and entire homes made out of shipping containers.
* Bus. Have lovely memories of hanging out on the school bus? Well now’s your chance to stay in a lovingly-restored bus that’s living out its retirement in Sussex (UK). With more than 1.1 million km on the clock, this grand old thing deserved some rest, so owner Adam Collier-Brown gave it an extensive renovation before opening it up for holiday renters. The British-built MCW 1982 Metrobus had been in service in Coventry all its life… it had travelled the equivalent distance from earth to the moon, back, and then halfway to the moon again. The Big Green Bus narrowly escaped destruction as it was destined for the scrap heap when bought, but now, with a mixture of up-cycled furniture, bright retro splashes of colour and original bus features, it’s now enjoying a leisurely retirement in a privately owned Sussex woodland. The bus has oak flooring, painted walls, a beautiful, custom-made kitchen and shower/wet room. The log burner downstairs, along with extensive insulation, ensures that the whole bus is warm and toasty. It has two showers, one inside, and one outside. Upstairs there are two double beds, and two single sleeping pods. View gallery (9 photos) at the link, also the tram and carriage.
