[JPN] Double Deck Shinkansen services to end

It has been known for a while that the end is near for the Double Deck Shinkansen series of trains, these are the E1 and E4 series trains. Of course the E1 series has been completely phased out leaving the E4 as the only double deck trains, with the E4 moved to only operate on Joetsu Shinkansen services. The E4 series trains will receive one last paint job (the same as the E1 livery at retirement) and will be all retired by 2016. So get your ride in now of these Double Deck machines before it is too late!

They won't be missed in my opinion. If you're unfortunate enough to get a reserved seat on the lower deck, all you'll see is a concrete wall - and thats when you're not in tunnel.
