AATS Group acquires Transit Australia Group

"Transit Australia Group has been sold to AATS Group in what is Australia’s largest private bus transaction.
TAG encompasses urban mass transit companies, including Surfside Buslines and Sunbus, which deliver services across the Gold Coast and northern NSW regions and Sunshine Coast, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns respectively.
The AATS Group operates Australasia’s premier airport mass transit operator SkyBus, which is owned by Canadian pension fund OPTrust, which has invested heavily in the business."
