Re: A.T.D/B BOARD
And a summary of the reason? IF the board was compromised, or even if wasn't, isn't time to look at updating the board, using something like vBulletin?

Re: A.T.D/B BOARD
The board was not compromised. The Bus Wiki was using outdated software which allowed bots to attack, causing excess usage of bandwidth, and the server was taken offline while the issue was rectified.

Re: A.T.D/B BOARD
All I got out of that, is that something on this board is using outdated software.
But anyway, isn't time to use something like vBulletin, or similar? One advantage, is you don't have to manually input the URL when naming URLs.

Re: A.T.D/B BOARD
A number of people sent me emails about this but unfortunately I am travelling interstate and this is the first chance I have had to access the internet since last Saturday so I am not in a position to help.

I use a few forums in different formats and this is as easy as any of them.
Perhaps you could make some enhancing suggestions, rather than vague criticisms.
