Wasn't sure quite which section this belonged in...
Here are a couple pictures of my SG280H on my model layout, I know its on the wrong side of the road, that is because my layout is German.
Its to HO Scale (1:87) and the body is made out of 0.25mm styrene covered with printed adhesive film, with the chassis out of 1mm styrene framed with L-angle styrene. The ends are acetate OHTs with white sticker-labels blanking out the solid sections and the roof and A/Cs are 4.2mm Balsa. It looks a bit rough, however its my first attempt at scratchbuilding an HO Scale bus.
The turntable is hinged, however thats the bit i'm most disappointed about, as though I attempted to make an actual concertina for it, but this turned out far too fiddly and ended up just ripping and buckling. I've settled for a cardboard cylinder that the bus sections kind of turn around.
Now to build her a little friend and a diorama to "run" on...
Questions, comments etc. are appreciated!
