So according to the latest changes to the fleet list, TV 9266 (the Optimus decker that was with Charterplus/CDC Travel) is apparently now with QCity/TbX.
Just forever waiting for a Volgren Optimus, let alone a Volgren Optimus Volvo B9TL, to cruise by Edensor Park...
Formerly of Bankstown City until that council amalgamation...

8017 MO transferred from Qcity Transit to CDC HVB Edgeworth. Still retains it's Q-City livery and stickers.

Accreditation has been updated to say Edgeworth now making it a full time member at that Depot.

Former 3597 MO (Volvo B6R CC "300") is currently listed for sale on Facebook located in Devon Meadows Victoria with expired registration (The expired plate shown in the photo is XV15HY)
Former 3596 MO (Volvo B6R Volgren) is currently listed for sale on Facebook in Devon Meadows Victoria with registration XV37HY

Both of these are coming from the same seller.

3583 MO was parked out the back of the Thornton depot on Monday, couldn't see if it still had it's plates on it through.

Highly unlikely it was 3583 as it’s now at Halloran depo and has been for some time

This week I was excited to operate the Volgren Optimus on one of its first runs in revenue operation (SMBSC14). This body is available in rigid (10.8/11.9/12.5/14.5m), articulated (18m) and double-deck (12m) versions and has been sold around Australia and exported to Nara, Niigata and Tokyo, Japan.

It was definitely 3583 as I saw the fleet-number quite clearly, whether it was just up there for some sort of mechanical job remains to be seen, I haven't seen it since and there is no way I was mistaking this bus.

Coastal liner (Well Halloran Hunter Valley Buses) do actually tend to get sent up to the Thornton Depot for mechanical jobs. I've seen quite the number of CL branded coaches at Thornton since CDC purchased the company.

Back on topic. one to add to the list of Transfers, m/o 7348 has been transferred to Thornton
