Re: Fastest areas on the Brisbane network?

Best bet for anything at high speed is definitely Beenleigh to Varsity Lakes (GC line). If you're keen, wait at Beenleigh around 6pm during the week, you may score a chance of getting an IMU160. Rarely do 100/120/200/220s run down there, as well as EMUs, which are rare as hens teeth to be ran on the...

It hasn't turned a wheel since that day  Oh what, really?! Hopefully it's out in service again soon e...

Re: Kinetic Group fleet changes Australia/New Zealand

Any news on the northern end? Last I heard, Sunbus were getting an electric bus ready for route service. No sight of the electric buses as yet in Cairns. I believe they are due in service anytime now. The continuation of repainting and refurbishing the buses has picked up again however. Below are t...

Came across this site, with the tab name showing "Welcome to Sunbus Busline".

And have also noticed some photos were taken in a Surfside depot but with Sunbus drivers, which is quite odd.

Re: Rail and Private Operator Observations 2021

Sunbus 5725 was sighted at Burpengary around 7.30am this morning with what looked like 622 Noosa Junction on the desto? Said Noosa Junction or Noosa Heads. Was then seen later on the 11.30am 615 Maroochydore. Bit of an odd sighting, if anyone's got any info on what it was doing, please let me know. ...

Re: Bustech Discussion / Observations

Metro Tasmania units 837, 838 and 839 show as 19/8xx body build dates on the fleet lists, should actually be 18/8xx, as they are conflicting body numbers. VIN for 837, 838 and 839 shows they are 2018 built.

Incorrect. It's been built before.
Really? Can you please provide some examples / context with that?
Bustech is more than capable of building to operators spec. If an operator wants a single door VST with seatbelts, they would get Bustech to build to that spec.
