Re: What gives you the S&#T's!?

In General, The Climate Across Earth is Warming Thanks to CO2 emissions, If it was very cold yesterday then its probably because of Excessive Evaporation of Water being pulled by the hot air. Maybe this might be the cause of the cold weather, I might be right or I might be wrong, thats just my theo...

That mk1 Mercedes looks like a perfect candidate to restore to original. Anyone know what is happening with that bus?

Re: What gives you the S&#T's!?

Remember the days when acid rain was going to kill us all? Is that still even a thing? Oh, and remember the days when the Soviet Union was going to kill us all? And the ozone hole? Now it's climate change (previously known as global warming). It just seems to me that we are living our lives in const...

Our politicians are also trying to scare us away from Greta. Obviously they think it’s okay that youth like me have to live in their mess. :( I'm just going to come out and say it... I don't like Greta. Not at all. Naïve little twerp who think she knows it all... So MotorOmnibus8562, you believe th...

It confuzzles me as well when I get a turn-out indication on approach to Sutherland on the down when I am working a south coast service. I always put it off to a points clean or a decision above my pay grade. And as for those platform indicators, sometimes they only change as I am pulling onto the p...

Thank you for the photos tonyp. I can already envisage that high, square roofline getting a battering! If the batteries are up there in the roof, this thing would be immensely top heavy. Also if as you suggest that this is more suited for city operations, then that single-leaf rear door seems very i...

Re: NSW Railway Observations - July to December 2018

Got a K set this morning on the 0750 ex Campsie express towards the City. The driver appeared to be using auto brake mode as I saw the brake pressure guage decrease when braking, whereas it normally doesn't. The driver was struggling with the auto brakes as well, tending to crawl into stations slow...

The M Sets have moved out from Eveleigh several months ago in preparation of the NIF. They are indeed maintained at Auburn now. The section at Eveleigh where the M Sets were is now being re-built and re-configured for the NIF.

As there are major timetable changes on the way (again...), there is a good chance that quite a few S Sets may still be around for some time to come. But like everything, the situation is fluid and changes constantly.

Thank you for the great photos mandanov. Newcastle seems more of a ghost-town now than when we were driving trains all the way. My question is who will be there to use the new tram? I really hope that it will be worth the dollars spent on it as opposed to the minimal costs it would have taken to kee...
