I think the worst problem would be kids skating around on the bus lanes infront of buses, doesn't happen too often but it does happen every now and then and would probably be the most dangerous result.

I would say that the 380 in Sydney (including 333 now) would be the busiest bus route in Australia, and that the 610 in Sydney would be the busiest private bus route in Australia.
